I am in love with all the military chic on the runways this year, and the William Rast collection was chock full of it! The post-Vietnam hippie meets biker chic vibe of the collection is one of my favorites this season. The collection also reminds me of Lindsey Weir on 'Freaks and Geeks,' if she were modernized and living in a big city today. My only flaw with this company? It's based in L.A. and I would prefer to live in N.Y. and work for them. So, maybe an east coast move is in order boys? :)

new york fashion week s/s 2010 - part 2
Here's round two of my favorites of New York Fashion Week. I'm finally starting to see more collections that I love, but still nothing has blown me away. Charlotte Ronson is one of the favorites so far. I love the ballet inspired looks. Alexander Wang's collection is quite original, nothing I would necessarily wear, but he took his inspiration from football, and it translates quite well to the runway.
