happy friday!

This weekend, my goal is to finish up the last few items on my Christmas shopping list, and do some fun baking to bring to work next week before I head to the mitten! Here's some amazing baking inspiration--my cookies will probably not be as pretty as these, but a girl can dream! I'll try document and share with you next week!

Have a wonderful weekend!

weekend inspiration

While flipping through French Vogue at my internship yesterday, I fell in love with this image. The whole spread is amazing, but theres just something about the hair and the makeup and the whole look.
Obsesssssed.

my boyfriend, astronaut mike dexter

Funny lady Tina Fey is becoming quite the fashionista these days, even recently landing the cover of the March 2010 issue of Vogue. Her wit, humor, and sheer awkwardness, yet business savvy and talent, especially on '30 rock,' make her a force to be reckoned with, and a pretty awesome role model. Plus, who doesn't want to be Liz Lemon???

p.s. March is Women's History Month!

a kate spade christmas

I have been receiving e-mails from Kate Spade the past few days with some fantastic images of holiday inspired photos, as well as gift ideas. I got curious, checked out the website, and found a plethora of items I would love to find under the tree, as well as ideas for handmade gifts this year! Kate Spade magazine ads are some of my favorite things about the holidays [GAP ads being the other biggie!] When I am in the city next weekend [!!!] I plan on stopping by the Kate Spade store to check out the window displays. Here are some of my favorite items from the "Gift Guide!"
